Our Support Coordination Staff

Lani Cantatore - Support Coordinator

Lani is an experienced Support Coordinator and Specialist Support Coordinator with extensive knowledge of the NDIS and its processes. With a background in psychology, she brings a deep understanding of human behaviour, communication, and support needs, enabling her to navigate complex situations with clarity and confidence.


Dedicated, hardworking, and highly professional, Lani is known for her caring approach and her commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for the participants she supports. She excels in problem-solving, advocating, and coordinating services that empower individuals to live fulfilling, self-directed lives.


Passionate about her work, Lani values building strong, collaborative relationships with participants, families, and service providers. She is deeply invested in ensuring that each person she supports feels heard, respected, and equipped with the tools and services they need to thrive.


With her blend of expertise, compassion, and unwavering dedication, Lani is a trusted and highly valued support within the NDIS community.


Lani is part of our Sunshine Coast Team. 

Mariana Heringer Sadde - Support Coordinator

Mariana is a dedicated Support Coordinator with a Master’s degree in Social Work and extensive experience supporting individuals in the NDIS. She is passionate about helping people navigate complex systems with confidence and clarity, ensuring they feel informed, empowered, and genuinely supported throughout their journey.


Mariana takes a deeply person-centred and compassionate approach to her practice. She values collaboration and works closely with participants, families, and support networks to develop solutions that are not only practical and accessible, but also truly reflective of each person’s goals, strengths, and aspirations.


With a strong commitment to inclusivity and advocacy, Mariana strives to create supportive environments where individuals feel heard, respected, and able to achieve meaningful improvements in their quality of life.

Zoë Waite - Support Coordinator

Zoë is a qualified Social Worker with experience across both children’s and adult services. Since 2012, she has worked in a range of roles, including managing an Adult Social Care Team in the UK, and she is now excited to continue her journey in Australia.


Known for her creativity, organisation, and proactive approach, Zoë is passionate about making positive change in people’s lives. She thrives on taking on new challenges, thinking outside the box, and finding practical solutions to complex situations. Her diligence, adaptability, and honesty make her a trusted team member and advocate for those she supports.


Outside of work, Zoë prioritises her family and values meaningful friendships, personal growth, and maintaining a healthy work/life balance. She enjoys time at the gym, reading, and connecting with friends both locally and overseas.


Zoë brings a thoughtful and driven approach to everything she does, continually learning and refining her skills while staying committed to creating positive outcomes for participants and her team.
