Support Coordination is an NDIS funded support there to assist you to coordinate your disability health supports ensuring you receive the most our of your NDIS funding package.
Our Level II and Level III Support Coordinators come with many years of professional and personal experience in within the disability, mental health, general health, accommodation, community and education sectors. Our team will work tirelessly to support you to achieve your goals under the NDIS by working with you to explore your options and find what is available to you. We can then recommend where and how you can access the supports you need and provide the very best support and services within the sector.
