Exercise Physiology is an evidence-based allied health service that uses tailored exercise programs to support people to improve their physical function, independence, and overall wellbeing.
Our Accredited Exercise Physiologist works with NDIS participants to deliver safe, individualised programs focused on building strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and confidence in everyday activities. Supports are practical and goal-focused, and can be delivered in the home, community, gym, or other suitable environments.
